HOW WE WORK

    The process begins with a Discovery Conversation.

    Individuals, families, organizations, or partners can connect with INITI8 through our website, email, or referral partners. During this step, we listen to understand goals, needs, and context—without assumptions.

  • Step 2

    Person-Centered or Organizational Assessment

    We conduct an assessment aligned with person-centered and ADA-informed practices.

    For Individuals:
    We explore strengths, interests, goals, support needs, and employment aspirations.

    For Organizations:
    We assess current programs, policies, accessibility, staff capacity, and desired outcomes.

    This step ensures services are responsive, appropriate, and effective.

  • Step 3

    Service Planning & Alignment

    INITI8 develops a customized service plan based on the assessment.

    Plans may include:

    Vocational or workforce empowerment services

    Program design or improvement support

    Training and capacity building

    TWC-VR alignment (when applicable)

    Timeline, outcomes, and expectations

    Services are designed with choice, dignity, and clarity at the center.

    Implementation & Support

    Once services begin, INITI8 works collaboratively and flexibly.

    We:

    Provide ongoing guidance and coaching

    Adapt supports as needs or goals evolve

    Maintain clear communication and documentation

    Prioritize accessibility and participation throughout

    Our role is to support progress—not create dependency.

    Review, Outcomes & Next Steps

    For individuals, this may include employment readiness, skill development, or increased independence.

    For organizations, this may include improved program quality, accessibility, and sustainability.

    We identify next steps, continued support options, or transition plans as appropriate.
