Jeroma Flowers, MBA (Leadership) is the Founder of INITI8, a Disability Empowerment Agency dedicated to advancing person-centered, ADA-informed, and inclusive program design for people with disabilities and the organizations that serve them.

She brings deep expertise in Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation (TWC-VR), HHSC and Local IDD Authority (LIDDA) systems, nonprofit operations, and inclusive program design, having led employment and development initiatives that significantly increased job placement, retention, and organizational sustainability.

A defining highlight of Jeroma’s career includes serving as Development Operations & Events Manager for the first and only ultra-inclusive business in the world, where she helped drive over $25M in revenue, strengthened donor retention, and built enterprise-level systems that supported large-scale inclusive operations. Her work reflected deep, real-world experience in translating inclusion from values into fully operational, sustainable practice.
