Jeroma Flowers, MBA
Executive Director

Jeroma Flowers is a purpose‑driven leader with more than 10 years of experience bridging workforce development, nonprofit management, and strategic business growth. She founded INITI8 to create inclusive pathways for employment and empower both individuals and organizations to succeed through equity‑focused, data‑driven strategies.

Before launching INITI8, Jeroma oversaw multimillion‑dollar development operations and large‑scale fundraising initiatives for mission‑driven organizations such as Morgan’s and Reaching Maximum Independence, leading teams to achieve more than $1 million in annual philanthropic revenue and a 150% increase in operational growth. She has designed employment programs in partnership with Texas Workforce Solutions and Texas Health and Human Services, supporting hundreds of individuals with disabilities to secure meaningful work.

As a transformational leader, Jeroma specializes in:

Currently, she is pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Business Administration in Leadership at Walden University.
