INITI8 is a Disability Empowerment Agency committed to transforming how people with disabilities are supported, included, and empowered across systems, organizations, and communities.

We exist at the intersection of people and programs, empowering individuals with disabilities while equipping nonprofits, businesses, schools, and community organizations to design inclusive programs that actually work.

At INITI8, inclusion is not a checkbox. It is a practice, a process, and a responsibility.

Why INITI8 Exists

Too often, people with disabilities are asked to adapt to systems that were never designed with them in mind. Organizations may have good intentions, but lack the tools, structure, and lived-experience insight needed to build inclusive, sustainable programs.

INITI8 was created to close that gap.

We help shift organizations from intention to impact, so empowerment becomes real, measurable, and lasting.
